The Frances Tracy Wells photo album (1919-38-0) contains mass produced cartes-de-visite photographs from the 1870s that were collected by Frances Tracy Wells. An inscription on the inside of the album reads "European celebrities of the 1870's." Among the collection are images of Queen Victoria, Emperor Louis Napolean, Empress Eugenie, Victor Hugo, and Ludwig II of Bavaria.
